The following are Lecture Notes for each chapter in the two books listed below.  They can assist you in defining the major topics of each chapter and outline your studies.  You will need PowerPoint in order the view these.  If the slides don't work for you, please let me know so we can gauge how many students are unable to use the PowerPoints.  If your computer doesn't automatically open the PPs, try saving them to your hard drive by right clicking on the chapter link and "save Taget As"... remember where you save it to and then open your version of PP and open the file manually.
