Make a study schedule that will keep you up-to-date
Use a calendar and red ink all due dates and exam dates
Watch for class emails
You can print the quizzes, make sure of your answers, then submit for a grade.
Get every quiz and lab point you can. Those points will help raise exam scores

Focus on mastering the Tutor CD and you will do well on exams
