The tutor CD Activity is a vital part in helping you to learn the material in this course. Even though we don't require you to submit that work for grading, we want to encourage you to work through the activities to strengthen your skills. So, we will be offering extra credit for each chapter that you complete in the tutor activities. Below are links to Word Documents that will act as an "answer sheet" for the tutor materials. You can use them or just complete the work on any page. Just send me evidence that you have completed the tutor CD activities.

A maximum of 30 points can be earned for the semester (3 points each x 10 chapters) we will give up to 3 points each for each chapter submitted. In order to get the entire 3 points, you must show your work, not just simple answers. we realize some questions only require a simple answer, but where work is required, we expect work to be shown in order to get the full credit. It has to be fairly obvious that you actually completed the activity. We want you actually working through the work, not just copying answers from the answer key.

The last day extra credit will be accepted for each chapter is the day of the exam that covers those chapters. So, in other words, if we are testing on chapters 1-3, you will need to have the extra credit submissions turned in by the deadline of the exam for those three chapters.

The points will show in your gradebook account in ChemWeb at the bottom of the page. We generally post the credits within a day or two of receiving it, so if it's been a while and you don't see your credit, resend it to us.
